This policy explains what information Jemimol Technologies, trading as Jemimo ("we", "us"), collects through www.jemimo.ai and our internal tools, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.

What we collect on this website
Messages you send us. When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, your phone number if you give it, and your message. When you sign up for product updates, we receive your email address and the product you chose. Both forms are delivered to our mailbox by EmailJS. We use this information only to reply to you and, for product sign-ups, to tell you when that product launches. We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any work that follows, and product sign-ups until the product launches or you ask us to remove you.
Anonymous usage statistics. To understand which parts of the site are useful, the site records events such as page views, which sections were scrolled into view, and which buttons were clicked. Each event stores the event name, the page path, the referring page, your browser's user-agent string, and a random session identifier that is discarded when you close the tab. We do not record your name, email address or IP address with these events, and we do not try to identify you. These records are stored with Supabase, are readable only by us and our own internal analysis tools, and are deleted automatically after 90 days.
Cookies and browser storage. The site sets no cookies. It uses your browser's storage for two things only: your light/dark theme choice (kept until you clear it), and the session identifier above (gone when you close the tab). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking.
Server logs and third-party requests. Our hosting provider, Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps, processes your IP address and request details to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google. Those providers handle that data under their own privacy policies. We do not receive or keep these logs ourselves.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising. We use these service providers (processors) only to run the site: EmailJS (form delivery), Supabase (usage statistics), Microsoft Azure (hosting) and Google Fonts (fonts). Links to Fiverr on this site take you to Fiverr, where Fiverr's own privacy policy applies. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Google API data
Jemimo's internal tools use the Google Ads API (Keyword Planner), through a Google Cloud service account, to get aggregate keyword search statistics for planning our own website content. This data contains no personal information. We store it on our own servers and delete it after 90 days. We never sell or share it, and we never use it to train AI or machine-learning models. Our tools do not access any end user's Google account.
Jemimo's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you (for example a contact-form enquiry), or to stop contacting you. Email harishraghunathan@jemimo.ai and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are in India, you have these rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR, including the right to object and to complain to your local data protection authority. Our lawful basis for answering enquiries is your request (steps before a contract) and, for usage statistics, our legitimate interest in improving the site.
Your information is processed by the providers above, which may store it outside your country.
Children
This website is not directed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we update it on this page and change the effective date at the top. If a change is significant, we also note it on this page for a reasonable period.
